Do you like bell pepper? I love it very much. To me, it is the most beautiful chili I have ever known of. When they are on the tree, they are just like a lot of bells hanging on the plants. In term of taste, they are as hot as their look! And, They are also very crunchy in texture. I have a bumper crop this year. I have been sharing a lot of them with my neighbours and friends. Meanwhile, I still have some of them in my freezer, which will then be used for my sambal and Thai Sweet Chili sauce. Below is a picture of my bell pepper plant after winter. They are ready to strive for next season.
