This is the second Tofu dish that I would like to introduce to you.
Ingredients:
- 300g minced pork
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 10 stalks of spring onion - chopped
- 1 tbsp salted black bean for porridge http://shlau06.blogspot.com/2010/10/salted-black-bean-for-porridge.html
- 1 tbsp soy bean paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 300g silken tofu - cut into 1.5 cm cube
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients except tofu.
- Lay tofu cube on the plate.
- Spread mixture on the tofu and press lightly to make a flat surface.
- Roughly poke the flat surface with a spoon(optional).
- Steam for 20 minutes or until cook through.
It is nutritious, decicious and most of all, it is easy :-O
